quite pleasant
location, friendly staff, cleanliness, facilities, kitchenware

Definitely one to go back to if we have another appointment with Severance Hospital
Topmost is the very helpful staff who accommodated every request we made especially with regards to assistance in the transportation because of my disabled daughter who is with us for a treatment in Severance Hospital which is just near the hotel.
The Saturdays without room availability which prevented us from booking a continous stay and we were required to transfer hotel and be back again on the next day which is very tiring.

What was the highlight of Ever8 Serviced Residence
In the service residence service functions at the machine level. Amenities are super, not basics.
The location is great, close to the No. 2 subway station and many universities in the neighborhood. To travel to the city center, it only takes 2 to 4 subway stops. The staff member was very friendly and helped me call a taxi right away. I really appreciated the promptness.
I had a stay before the Covid in the same hotel. The hotel remains roughly the same, but things do not appear to be highly maintained. The corridors look dark. The bed is too soft. The fridge, though very big for a hotel room, could be noisy when its compressor runs. I woke up one night to the serious humming produced by the fridge close to my bed. In addition to these disappointing details, no cleaning service is available. I had a mass of piled-up garbage. The door reads a message: don't bring the garbage out and call for service between 9 and 3. But my problem was I never got back during the day. The hotel should be more proactive in dealing with this basic service. I received minimum service close to one at a minimally run college dorm.
